Module 1
Airline Overview
This module introduces students to the world of aviation, providing an understanding of how airlines operate, their organizational structure, and the standards expected of flight attendants. It lays the groundwork for developing a professional perspective in the industry.
Module 2
Ground Operations
Students will learn the essentials of airport procedures, ground handling, and pre-flight coordination. The module emphasizes collaboration with ground staff, check-in, boarding, and ensuring smooth passenger handling before takeoff.
Module 3
Inflight Procedures
Focused on safety and standard operating procedures, this module trains students in handling routine in-flight operations as well as emergency situations. It covers the use of safety equipment, emergency protocols, and passenger management during irregular operations.
Module 4
Inflight food service
This module sharpens students’ service skills by teaching the proper techniques for meal and beverage service, passenger care, and professional etiquette. Grooming, image, and cultural awareness are also emphasized to ensure service meets international airline standards.
Module 5
DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATIONS
Students will gain an understanding of the types of dangerous goods, how to identify and manage them, and the IATA regulations governing their carriage. The module highlights safety compliance and reporting responsibilities for cabin crew.
Module 6
CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (CRM)
This final module develops teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. It focuses on effective decision-making, conflict resolution, stress management, and building a collaborative work environment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
